What sets it apart from others is the controls are in the middle of the mask instead of to one side. I use an essential oil diffuser every night while I’m sleeping. I use lavender to destress or eucalyptus when I feel a cold coming on or for allergies. There are so many great essential oils that help people feel their best selves. I am certainly no expert but I do feel essential oils are awesome and have health benefits. I have allergies and asthma but haven’t had any issues with diffusing essential oils. I ensure that I empty and rinse out my diffuser every morning and let it air dry so it’s ready for when I need it. This diffuser is a Mother’s Day gift she can use every day!
Neck & Back Massager
This neck and back massager is AMAZING and something every mama deserves! It has shiatzu massage and heat, if desired. It has different “programs” and strengths so it’s not just the same thing over and over. I always have really tense shoulders and neck so I start with my shoulders/upper back and then put it around the back of my neck for a while as well. It is really relaxing and a nice little retreat.
Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds
These are essential. I have these and love them immensely. It may seem odd to have on a Mother’s Day list BUT hear me out (pun intended). I’m a stay-at-home mom of 3 boys, 4 and under, including twins. With their chaos and constant want for kids’ music, I often need a little escape. With these Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds I’m able to have an earbud in my ear to listen to an audiobook, music, a podcast, whatever I want, AND still be able to listen to them and help if needed. This has helped my life immensely. Seriously.
I still give my kids my undivided attention all the time but sometimes mom needs a break, even when she’s in the same room. Most of the time they don’t even notice I have anything in my ear. The cool thing about these is that with a light touch on the earbud I can pause what I’m listening to without having to be near my phone. That way I can quickly react if they need me by going to them and simultaneously pausing what I was listening to.
I also use these when the twins are napping and my eldest is having quiet time in the afternoon. With these, I can listen to TV in one ear and still hear with the other in case someone wakes up from a nap and needs me.

Slippers
These slippers are a favorite among the women on my mom’s side of the family, especially my mom. Come to find, I love them too. They are comfortable, lightweight enough you can put them in a purse and bring them with you when you visit someone else’s house (as my mom does), yet thick enough they’ll keep your feet warm.

Shower Steamers
If the mom in your life isn’t into taking baths, shower steamers are a great option. This is what I use and I love them. This way I get all the nice scents of a bath bomb but without taking a bath. I’m sure she’ll love it too! I only use them once in a while but it’s a nice spa like experience.
Mom Books
Last Mother’s Day my kids gave me some really sweet mother books and I really appreciated it. My kids are old enough to read so they even read them to me which was sweet.
Any mom would love a book about how great moms are and how much they love their moms from their kids!
This first book, it was really cute because one of my twins got me it for Mother’s Day then got his father the dad one for Father’s Day. He’s 6, he can’t order things on his own, so he asked us to order for the other parent. It was quite impressive and super cute.
Share Your Story, Mom
This book is full of questions that the mom in your life will answer to help share her life story with you. I wish I would have had my mom do this earlier in life, before she developed Early Onset Alzheimer’s Disease at 59 years old.
My sad story aside, this is a great gift for even moms of moms so they can learn more about the great mother that raised them. You could have her fill it out or ask her the questions and fill it out. I suppose, it’s kind of more a gift for the person giving it and homework for the person getting it but…I still think it’s really cool. I think that the mom will feel honored that you want to learn more about her!

This picture frame painting kit is adorable and is a great gift for mom from a child! Here’s a tip – have the child do this ahead of time and give it to her. Don’t make her deal with the mess of a child painting, that’s just not nice.😉

We all know, kids are loud, these are a HUGE help to dull the noise yet still be able to hear. I have these and they take a couple days to get used to but are a huge help in not having constant headaches from my 3 loud boys.
