Easy One-Pot Gluten Free Pasta Recipe

This recipe is one that I made up several years ago when I just needed a quick and easy meal for myself. Now I make it for the whole family.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Barilla Gluten-Free Pasta Elbow Noodles
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Sliced Black Olives
  • 1 pkg Sliced Pepperoni or Mini Pepperoni
  • Garlic Salt
  • Oregano

Method
 

  1. Boil gluten-free pasta noodles in a large sauce pan according to directions on box.
  2. While the gluten-free pasta noodles are boiling, open the cans and cut the pepperoni if desired.
  3. Drain gluten-free pasta noodles once cooked and rinse with cold water.
  4. Return to stove and quickly add diced tomatoes, olives, and pepperoni. Stir to combine and warm new ingredients up.
  5. After a minute or so take off stove and serve!

Notes

This is a gluten-free, allergen-friendly meal but could easily be made with wheat pasta if desired.
