Notes

We buy the frozen tilapia fish fillets that are convenient and work well for this recipe. We thaw the frozen fish the night before by taking it out of the packaging and placing it onto a large plate or dish in the fridge, covered by saran wrap.
This is a recipe that even our picky eaters like, and those of us who aren't picky really love. The fish is moist internally with a crispy coating on the outside. Delish!
