Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 300°F (really, I know half the time recipes tell you do this too early but it won't take you long to get everything ready)
- Mix oats, nuts, cinnamon, cacao powder and cacao nibs or dairy-free chocolate chips into a large bowl.
- Add sweeteners, oil, and egg white.
- Stir, stir, stir
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread granola onto prepped cookie sheet.
- Bake at 300°F for 45 minutes.
- Stop baking when granola looks toasty brown and smells incredible.
- Take out of oven and let cool completely on cookie sheet.
- Gently break apart into chunks and add raisins if you'd like.
- Once it is completely cool I fill small snack sized zip top bags for grab and go snacks, keeping as many chunks together as possible. You can also put into a large Pyrex container.
- This recipe will make about 8 snack sized bags or fill a 7-cup Pyrex container.
Notes
