Easy Gluten Free Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Poppers

These easy to make bacon-wrapped chicken poppers are not only crowd pleasers but they're also allergen-friendly! If you want to use this as an appetizer they keep well, and smell delicious, if you put them in a crockpot to keep them warm after baking them.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 package bacon
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • dried basil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F
  • Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the bacon strips into thirds, the long way.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into 1 inch chunks.
  • Wrap a bacon piece around a chunk of chicken. Place on parchment paper covered cookie sheet.
  • Repeat for remaining bacon and chicken pieces.
  • Sprinkle seasonings over the bacon wrapped chicken poppers.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes at 425°, until the bacon looks cooked and crispy.
  • Either serve immediately or place into them a crockpot if you'd like to keep them warm as an appetizer.
